Sharing my journey having bariatric surgery.

Professor Senapati was most approachable and put me at ease even from my first consultation. His manner is gentle, understanding but also very professional and very helpful.

My main reason for the surgery was health reasons. I had type2 diabetes and struggled to get off medication even though I dieted for several years. Overweight, obese, diabetic, arthritis and in my sixties!! Not a good prospect.

Two years later I have lost 3 stones, my diabetes is non existent, all bloods have been in normal range. What a result. I have reduced dress sizes and am so so much happier and healthier.
