Gastric Bypass
Following gastric bypass surgery Pamela has not taken a single diabetic medication and her daily blood sugar levels are now within normal range!
Prior to my gastric bypass surgery on the 23rd March 2019, my diabetes was almost uncontrollable. My daily blood sugar levels were between 9-12 and my HBa1C was 96, despite being on Metformin, canaglifozine, nova rapid insulin injections 3 times a day and levimire insulin at night. My insulin doses kept rising to try and help combat my high blood sugar levels. In the end I was on 32 mg of nova rapid 3 times a day and 58mg of levimire at night.

Prof. Senapati is my hero. He has changed my life so much and in so many different ways. I have tried multiple variations of diets from well-known names to unknown. At first I would lose weight but gradually I would gain again. I wish I would of had Prof. Senapati’s help years ago, because as of now he has helped me get my life back on track.
Diabetes, back pain, breathless ness cured
I am now nearly 8 months post surgery (gastric bypass) and have lost an incredible 7 stone. The bypass has completely changed my life for the better. I found out just before surgery that I had diabetes, but this is now been eradicated. I no longer have back pain or struggle for breath. Nothing is an effort anymore and I am continuing to lose weight every week.

I had my surgery 5 months ago. I have lost 6 st in weight and feel amazing. It has changed my life and my family’s life. I have not needed to use crutches since before Christmas and my mental health has improved 10 fold. My only regret is that I didn’t have this surgery sooner.

I’ve been overweight since I was 9 yrs old. My weight crept up and up with each year that passed until in 2014 I was over 24 stone or 144.6kg. This was my life pre surgery which was 30/07/16. I was topping the scales at 30 stones. I lived on my bed, totally reliant on everyone for food, bathing and toileting. I only left the house for hospital appointments. My doctors appointments were done over the phone. I honestly thought I was going to die on my bed. I'm now currently 15 stones. I've just re applied for my old job as a bus driver yesterday.
